We will promptly answer all customer inquiries and requests. We will keep our customers informed of any changes or updates that may affect them and we will take the time to observe and understand our customers' needs and expectations.

What information is collected?

Given our current omission of using a customer login, we will only be able to capture the name, contact and logistical information from those individuals actually purchasing products directly from this site. Casual visitors will merely be reduced to an IP address and nothing more. Following a successful customer transaction, temporarily retained personal information, may amount to your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when and what type of browser/device you used.

 

By way of an example, a delivery address would be required for a successful transaction of physical goods/items and withholding or falsifying such information may result in a cancelled transaction or lost items.

 

If you purchase item/items from www.carolinemosyemi.com, your credit/debit card information is not held by us. It is securely collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

 

Some additional services may require you to provide us with your personal information via email or telephone. For example, you may have a follow up query on a piece, or a general question about the Caroline Mosyemi  / Caroline Mosyemi Up brand, or our participation in forthcoming international fashion events. In these instances a name/email address will be needed in order for us to best service your enquiry, but regardless of what is proffered, any irrelevant intel we might ascertain, will be deleted promptly within respectable time frames. 

 

How is your information used?

At the moment Caroline Mosyemi accepts that our operation and existence is made possible in part by the scarcity and exclusivity of our wares.  That said, Caroline Mosyemi Up (our up-cycling brand), wishes to grow its audience to a point that our contribution to fashion and indeed the environment is discernible and this might only be achieved with broader market penetration.
